   THE GEORGIA CARIBBEAN ASSOCIATION (GCA) is a group of companies providing goods and services for TimberLot™ Investors to grow quality plantation timber in the shortest amount of time. The GCA includes the following active, member companies:

   DICKEY SEED INTERNATIONAL, INC. (DSI) is a United Sates corporation based in Rome, Georgia. DSI has over 40 years of experience in the agriculture/agribusiness industry. DSI is the contractor/buyer of GCA TimberLot™ Producers mature timber production.

   GEORGIA CARIBBEAN INTERNATIONAL, LIMITED (GCI) is a Nevis, WI, Caribbean-based corporation. Georgia Caribbean International is a land company. The Company is continuously acquiring high-quality agricultural land for timber plantation operations, especially the GCA TimberLot™ Program. Currently, the GCI is selling Leaseholds from its 14,800-acre Kimbia Plantation located in Guyana, South America.

   BERBICE RIVER AGRO FORESTRY COMPANY, INC. (BRAFCO) is a Guyana-based corporation. The Company is in charge of the plantation operations for the Kimbia Plantation and other plantations in Guyana. BRAFCO’s management has over 50 years of experience in the agriculture/silviculture industry.

   TROPICAL PAULOWNIA TREE FARMS, LTD. (TroPaulTM) is a Nevis-based corporation that propagates and provides field-ready tree plantlets for all of the Association’s plantation operations. TroPaulTM has developed a proprietary variety of Paulownia, bred specifically for the Tropics of Central and South America. The cultivar has been given the name: “P. fortunei ER-11”.

   TIERRA RICO PLANTACIONS, s.a is a Nicaragua-based corporación. The company is in charge of all plantation operations to be developed in Nicaragua and other participating Spanish speaking regions of Central America and Mexico.
